Been using it a few times now and I must say that the Omni Cook is so easy to use. There are a lot of asian recipes which is enough for me. You can also easily follow TM recipes out there and adapt it slightly for Tokit. As someone who has injured arm this is massive help, and cooking while keeping the kitchen clean is amazing. The only thing I’m worried about is non-existent customer support. I was supposed to receive the cutting and slicing set and two of my emails are not replied by anyone. Very disappointed and stressed about that. The product is really good and they just need to improve their customer service. I can only hope the device lasts beyond the warranty period.
It works as expected. So handy! Really easy to use. It makes it easy to cook and I keep my kitchen clean. Took two stars off because I was supposed to receive the cutting and slicing set but it didn’t arrive. I emailed and it’s been 3 days without reply. Now I’m worried about the after sales service of this company, I hope I won’t have any issues with the machine
I make my own sourdough bread and the machine absolutely makes a beautiful dough. I have tried making some German meals with the machine but it doesn’t work well. But thank you for the lovely appliance . Highly recommend this for anyone who loves cooking 👍😊
Fantastic piece of kitchen equipment. Easy to use and the guided recipes are an added bonus. The first meal we made was the apricot chicken risotto, it was easy and fun to follow the recipe and the taste was fantastic. The ordering and delivery process was seamless with our packages arriving earlier than anticipated.
Haven't used the Tokit much yet, just dipping my toe in. Made some Pumpkin soup and it was great! Makes steamed rice to perfection, can't wait to get into more recipes. Very pleased with this product
I bought it as a present for my daughter, she is very impressed with it. I am thinking of getting one for myself the only thing that bothers me is the weight of the jug which appears to get too hot to use both hands. Do you have any suggestions? I thought of using a tea towel but that could slip.
such a great device, easy to follow directions and cleaning up after is an easy chore. The recipes were great and changing some of the ingredients for own taste easy after getting used to the process.
The experience is good and bad, the hardware seems ok, your software is horrible. Your crm could use done tweaking, my name isn't Mr, I'm not a man, I used my husband's credit card, your website doesn't store title you picked it up from the credit card, even if it's inappropriate use of data collection, it feels creepy and weird stop doing it.
The fact that it's not simple to create private recipes is a barrier to using the system, the ability to create recipes easily is a big omission, go into any kitchen, you'll find people's favorite recipes, to not be able to do that isn't great for the customer journey map, make sure the marketing department show that, it's such a pity as the cooking is great, but you've very clearly failed on the ready stuff you should have been able to get right by now.
Loved our new Tokit, I have had thermomixers for a long while but after watching a few videos comparing the two I decided to purchase a Tokit instead of the TM7 and I don’t regret making that decision, same quality as the thermomix with similar components however a few things I like better about Tokit you can manually change temp when cooking things like toffee also after testing the temperature is more consistent, plus you don’t have to pay a subscription for recipes Tokit is just as good as thermomix if not better and significantly cheaper in comparison, Love it !

The only thing is the screen takes a while to turn on and load which can be frustrating.
We shall see how it holds up.
I have heard customer service is poor which I can confirm as it takes them a long time to respond which is disappointing.
It's earned a permanent space on my counter top now. The app is clunky and until now I can't seem to create my own recipe with a weighing function added in. But the versatility it offers with the recipes that's already in there makes it a 5 star buy for me. This Xmas we are giving one to a family member.
At first it was it was a little overwhelming learning how to use it, There isn’t a lot of simple basic recipes. but the
more I use it more confident I am becoming.
My Tokit took a little longer to arrive than I thought it would, but I have it now and am thrilled with it so far. My grandchildren love the fruit sorbet. I am looking forward to trying out more recipes.
It is easy to use and makes wonder! Even my 17yo son is using it more than me so far... he has been making his slushy and ice-cream every day. Washing is a swift!!
The machine is solid, the quality is good, it's great tool. Hope it will last with average use. I take care of it by being gentle and hand was only. I created my own modes based on my cooking habits! Good to have
I got this on sale. I'm so glad I did. It is amazing, very easy to use, and can do so much. I find chopping onions it's a little mushi, but apart from that, it's perfect. No need for so many appliances as you can use this instead. I just wish we could access the receipts on line as well so when I'm out I can see what I need. Maybe they'll bring that later. The tokit has made cooking fun again for me and life so much easier. My daughter even wants to help out now.
Its beautiful sleek design is lovely. It was shipped and packaged well arrived with no damage 👍🏼 it was very easy to get connected to the internet. From there it is trial and error. One successful curry which was devine then my next dish was to be a chicken stir fry but alas somehow I managed to obliterate my chicken completely. I will keep experimenting and I’m sure I will create some amazing dishes
What a great machine! While I'm currently unable to link the app from Australia (support are onto it), I really don't think this detracts. It does everything it promises and more. We are finding ourselves venturing into more exotic and difficult recipes, just because the machine does the work. And dough is outrageously easy!

I'm a newbie to TOKIT so I'm just getting used to it so far I've made lemon butter, red onion caramelised relish, mushroom risotto and tonight strawberry vegan desert. All were delicious and not hard to make. I'm looking forward to a great relationship with the Omni Cook.
